Q: Can I visit my child at camp?
A: We encourage independence and offer a strong camp community however as child care experts we realize the importance of an open campus. If you decide to visit we do encourage you to notify the camp director to find out when your busy campers will be available.

A: Once you become a registered camper we will send you a suggested list of what to bring or you can view the list via our website. Please remember to mark tags on all belongings with campers last name in permanent marker.
Q: What things are not allowed at camp?
A: We prefer that all electronic devices (i.e. game boy, headphones, expensive cameras, ect.) be left at home. This will prevent theft or loss and will encourage campers to socialize and participate in group activities. Anything not included in the “What to bring list” should be checked with the camp director.
Q: What will the children eat at camp?
A: All meals are included in the camp fees. As health and fitness experts we have made Tahoe Kids Camp unique in that we teach campers how to prepare healthy food that they enjoy! We want campers to have fun every minute of camp including chow time. We have a full range of organic, home-cooked, delicious meals and snacks.
Q: What is campers bank credit?
A: Our camp bank works just like a bank account. If you choose to send extra money with your camper he or she will receive a number that is their bank account for the week. The camp director will take their money at registration to start their account, and they can spend their money as they please. This system helps prevent theft and loss. The children do not have to carry any cash on them. We keep it safe for them, and at the end of the week, anything they do not spend will be returned to them.

A: We have a laundry facility available at TKC home base during all camps.
