As kid experts we know food is an important part of camp. At Tahoe Kids Camp we want to ensure fun throughout the whole day- including chow time! National Food Board certified counselors teach the importance of a healthy diet and that eating healthy can be fun! We will visit local farmers markets and make pasta from scratch. Campers will learn to make wholesome, nutritious meals that they can prepare at home. Registration packets include diet and health questionnaires that will help us to ensure each campers meal plan is designed to maintain health and happiness. We pride ourselves on offering organic, fresh and delicious home cooked meals to help keep tummies full and energy levels high. We cater the special needs of any child including vegetarian, vegan, diabetic, kosher, allergies, and just plain picky!
